Mood Boost

We are all occasionally prone to feeling a bit blue.  The combination of stress, frustration, and fatigue affects everyone in negative ways, but how we cope with these unfavorable influences determines the duration and intensity of a gloomy mood.

An excellent tool to combat melancholy is service.  Giving your time and energy to help others is an effective technique to remind ourselves of that which is genuine and valuable.
