You're Hired!



What do a stay-at-home parent and a business executive have in common?  Both need to be proficient in the art of hiring new employees.  Each person has a domain to maintain and populate with capable personnel.  The stay-at-home parent is responsible for managing their household, and vetting responsible and skilled individuals to do home repairs and improvements, educate children, provide accurate financial advisement, etc.  The professional executive likewise has the responsibility of using their leadership and example to create a supportive environment of productivity and growth for those they supervise.
